The innovative GN multi-purpose baking plate for ovens/combination steamers is made from 2 mm-thick special aluminium and is lightweight, stable and non-warping. One side is convex (DRY SIDE) and has a channel all the way around to catch any liquid; the other side is concave (WET SIDE) with a raised edge.

The multi-purpose baking plate is fully coated, making it ideal for use on both sides. Heat absorption is extremely fast and combined with optimum heat distribution. The perfect choice for all combination steamers!
